If the hosts had not been so charming, I would've had to say disgusting. Still, I don't think I can make the plunge. I've been reading The Omnivore's Dilemma. I'm not done, but I think I've been eating less meat since I started reading it.

ReplyDeleteright, so, yes, it's disgusting. but as far as the omnivore's dilemma comment, there's something about this that goes with the sensibility of not wasting meat, of knowing what's going into your mouth.
